Lily Alavi receives Service Award!

Our Persian instructor, Lily Alavi, was recognized by the Salt Lake County Aging and Adult Services Division for 10 years of service in Community-Engaged Learning. The Practicum class that she offers for all of our language majors and students gives students the opportunity to do meaningful service to the community. Congratulations to Lily on her exceptional work as a language professor, and community member.
